With a GMetrix Administrator account, you can create detailed Course and Practice Exam (Test) reports that can be exported to a CSV file and viewed in applications like Microsoft Excel. These reports include student progress, scores, and proficiency. Excel can be used for filtering and printing reports.
This article uses the terms Practice Exam and Test interchangeably due to a recent terminology change.

General Product reports provide detailed information about the pass/fail rate of each product. They also include the actual number of Practice Exams that were passed or failed and the percentage of the total student population that participated in those exams.
Student Test Results (Practice Exams)
This report presents a detailed breakdown of Practice Exam results for each individual student. Each student is listed by name, along with their Practice Exam score and percentage.

Course Reports
Course reports are split into three types of reports: Details, Course Usage, and Student Progress.
Details Report
The Details Report provides an overview of a specific Course. It generates a separate table for each section, with each row representing a student who accessed the Course and each column displaying the percentage of completion for each Course item in that section. Use filters to restrict results to a specific access code or student.
Course Usage Report
The Course Usage Report lists student Course activity by enrollment, completion, activity, or start date.
Student Progress Report

Book Reports
Book reports are split into two types: Book Usage by Product and Student E-Book Results.
