Classrooms allow users with an Administrator Account to group students, assign content, and monitor progress. Each Classroom has its own Classroom Code, which users with a Student Account can use to unlock products and content in the Student Portal.


Create a Classroom

  1. Sign in to the Administrator Portal at https://manage.gmetrix.net.
  2. From the sidebar, select Classrooms.
  3. Select New Classroom.
  4. Choose the content you want to add from the list.
    • Use the filters or search bar to find content.
    • Expand categories to select individual items.
  5. Select Next.
  6. Enter the Classroom details:
    • Name: Enter a name for the Classroom.
    • Identifier (optional): Customize the beginning of the Classroom Code.
    • Available Uses: Limit the number of times the Classroom Code can be redeemed.
    • Instructors (optional): Assign users with an Administrator Account as Classroom instructors.
    • Description: Add a brief description.
  7. Select Create to save the new Classroom.


Convert an Access Code to a New Classroom

It is possible to convert existing Access Codes to Classroom Codes: Access Codes → Convert to Classroom. It is not possible to convert a Classroom Code to an Access Code.
