If you need to fully uninstall the GMetrix app, please follow the steps below or watch the video:


  1. Uninstall GMetrix through Apps and Features in Settings.
    1. Right Click the Start menu
    2. Select Apps and Features
    3. Select GMetrix
    4. Click Uninstall
    5. Follow the Uninstallation steps
  2. Before reinstalling (if necessary), locate the leftover GMetrix folders and delete them from the following locations in your file manager.
    1. C:\Program Files (x86) 
    2. C:\ProgramData\ 
    3. C:\Users\WINDOWS USERNAME\AppData\Roaming
