If you need to fully uninstall the GMetrix SMS application, please follow the steps below.

  1. Uninstall GMetrix through Apps and Features in Settings.
    1. Right Click the Start menu
    2. Select Apps and Features
    3. Search for and locate GMetrix
    4. Click the floating ellipses and select the Uninstall
    5. Follow the Uninstallation steps
  2. Before reinstalling (if necessary), locate the leftover GMetrix folders and delete them from the following locations in your file manager.
    1. C:\Program Files (x86) 
    2. C:\ProgramData\ 
    3. C:\Users\WINDOWS USERNAME\AppData\Roaming
